The Entrance to a Very Large Compound

This is the entrance to a very large compound with lots of buildings, ponds, geese, magnificent giant trees, a playground, and lots that I was not able to see as I bicycled the perimeter.

I did not find any signs identifying what it is.

This is the Iberica. I used to attend art classes there, though I think they have stopped doing that now (so I heard). I do believe it is still used as some sort of school, and it may still have classes open to the public. The office is in a building that used to be a hospital and has a room labeled for surgery, of all things. Its a lovely park, but alas, they don’t allow dogs.

  • Welcome Working Gringos, and thanks for the compound identification. I’ve am certainly enjoying reading your blog renderings. Thanks again.
