    Hi Chris

    I think that is a jacaranda tree…..they are really beautiful…in a way they remind me of black locusts…I wonder if they are related…

    Thanks for the information Moonrock. I will be posting photos of the living fence trees commonly used here and Cuba and which are now blooming.
